1. DEFINITIONS
Under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”), the following capitalized terms have the meanings indicated below and apply in both singular and plural forms:
- Uniqoffer Subscription: A subscription purchased by the Customer allowing access to Services for a fixed price every 14 days.
- CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC: A company headquartered at 4803 Mango Dr, Tamarac, FL, US 33319, registered with the U.S. commercial registry, represented by Lisa Weekes-Lashington in her capacity as Director.
- Customer: Any individual acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, artisanal, freelance, or agricultural activities who accesses the Website to purchase a Product and/or subscribe to the Uniqoffer Subscription.
- Order: An order placed by the Customer for a Product offered for sale on the Website and/or the Uniqoffer Subscription.
- Data: Any element (information, texts, photographs, messages, etc.) collected by the user and implemented within the Website and Services through their use.
- Personal Data: Refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person, including identification via name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or specific elements of their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
- Feature: Any element implemented, accessible, and usable within the Website and Services.
- Delivery: The provision of the Product ordered by the Customer on the Website.
- Access Methods: Methods or functions through which a Customer may access the Website and/or Services for their own use.
- Operator: The company operating various electronic telecommunications networks necessary to access and use the Website and Services.
- Parties: The entities that have agreed to and adhere to the T&Cs and their obligations.
- Product: A good offered for sale on the Website. The list of Products is available on: dreamsdeal.com.
- Price: The price indicated on the Website for a Product or the Uniqoffer Subscription.
- Services: All services included in the Uniqoffer Subscription provided to the Customer by CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC.
- Website: The website dreamsdeal.com by CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC, allowing Customers to purchase Products and/or subscribe to the Uniqoffer Subscription.
- Third Parties: Physical or legal entities not under common ownership or control with CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC, or individuals unrelated to CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC and/or the Customer.
2. PURPOSE OF THE T&Cs
These T&Cs define the terms and conditions under which the Customer may purchase Products on the Website and/or subscribe to the Uniqoffer Subscription.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE T&Cs
The Customer declares having read and accepted these T&Cs by ticking the box provided during their Order. Placing an Order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Website.
4. MODIFICATION OF THE T&Cs
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC may modify these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer through the Website.
The T&Cs applicable to the Customer are those in effect at the time of Order placement. Any new Order implies acceptance of the applicable T&Cs.
5. PRODUCTS
The Products available for sale on the Website are detailed at dreamsdeal.com. The main characteristics of the Products are presented on the Website, and the Customer must review them before placing an Order.
6. PRICES
The Prices of Products and the Uniqoffer Subscription are listed on the Website and expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Prices do not include handling, shipping, transport, or delivery fees, which are charged additionally and calculated before Order confirmation. Customs duties or other local/import taxes may apply and are the Customer’s responsibility.
Prices may be changed at any time. The applicable price corresponds to the one in effect at the time the Order is placed.
The Uniqoffer Subscription is priced at $49.80 USD per month, with automatic payments every 14 days via credit card.
7. ORDER
Customers are guided through the ordering process via instructions on the Website.
- Products can be ordered by clicking “ADD TO CART.”
- The Uniqoffer Subscription can be ordered by clicking “Subscribe now.”
Order confirmation by clicking “Confirm Payment” constitutes a payment obligation for the Customer. Orders are paid via secure payment methods, such as credit/debit cards.
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the Order.
8. DELIVERY
Products are delivered within 30 days to the address provided by the Customer.
In case of delays, the Customer may cancel the contract under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Uniqoffer Subscription Services
The subscription provides access to VIP product selection, extended warranties, VIP offers, and an exclusive member zone for ebooks. It costs $49.80 every 14 days and can be canceled at any time.
10. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The Client has the right to withdraw from their Order without providing a reason within fourteen (14) days:
For Products: from the date the Product is delivered to the Client. In the case of an Order containing multiple Products delivered separately, or a Product made up of multiple items delivered in stages over a defined period, the period starts from the receipt of the last Product or item.
For the Uniqoffer Subscription: from the Order date of the Uniqoffer Subscription on the Site.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify us of their decision by sending the withdrawal form attached to the CGV or any other clear statement expressing their intent to withdraw:
By email to support@dreamsdeal.com, with a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal sent without delay;
By post to CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC at 4803 MANGO DR TAMARAC, FL. US 33319;
The Client must return the Product within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after notifying us of their decision to withdraw.
In case of withdrawal by the Client according to the above terms, the Client will be refunded the payments made, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days:
For Products: from the date the Product is recovered or when the Client provides proof of shipment of the Product, with the earliest of these events being considered;
For the Uniqoffer Subscription: from the date the Client notified CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC of their withdrawal.
The Price of the returned Product will be fully refunded to the Client. In case of withdrawal from the Uniqoffer Subscription, the Client will be fully refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the Client used for the order. Return shipping costs for the Product are the responsibility of the Client.
Your liability is limited to the depreciation of the Product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the Product.
The Client expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
The delivery of products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once the Client has opened them after delivery;
The delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software once the Client has opened them after delivery;
The provision of products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
11. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Liability:
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC is fully responsible to the Client for the proper performance of the obligations under the CGV and any Order. However, CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC will be exempt from all or part of its responsibility by proving that the failure or improper performance of the CGV and/or any Order is attributable either to the Client, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable third party, or to force majeure.
Legal Warranty Information:
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC is liable for defects in conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with Article L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, and for hidden defects in the product in accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code: “The seller delivers a product that complies with the contract and is responsible for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. They are also responsible for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation if they were made by the seller or under their responsibility.”
Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code: “The product is in conformity with the contract if:
- It is fit for the usual use of such a product, and, if applicable:
- It matches the description given by the seller and has the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- It presents the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect based on public statements made by the seller, manufacturer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
- Or it has the characteristics mutually agreed upon by the parties or is fit for any special use sought by the buyer, made known to the seller, and accepted by them.”
Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code: “The action resulting from a defect in conformity must be taken within two years from the delivery of the goods.”
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: “The seller is responsible for hidden defects in the product that make it unsuitable for its intended use or that so significantly reduce its use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price, had they known about the defects.”
Article 1648, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: “The action resulting from hidden defects must be brought by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect.”
Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code: “When the buyer requests the seller, during the commercial warranty period, to repair a good covered by the warranty, any period of immobilization of at least seven days is added to the remaining duration of the warranty. This period begins from the buyer’s request for intervention or the goods being made available for repair, if the latter occurs after the request.”
The Client can exercise these warranties by sending their request to:

When the Client invokes the legal conformity warranty, they:
- Have two years from the delivery of the product to act;
- Can choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to cost conditions set out in Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code;
- Are not required to prove the existence of the defect within the first twenty-four months following the delivery of the product.
The legal conformity warranty applies independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.
The Client may also choose to invoke the warranty against hidden defects as defined in Article 1641 of the Civil Code, in which case they can choose either to cancel the sale or to request a price reduction, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
DESCRIPTION AND ACCESS TO THE SITE
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC provides a website that allows the Client to purchase Products and, where applicable, subscribe to the Uniqoffer Subscription. The Site allows each Client to access descriptions of all Products available for sale. Simply accessing the Site and placing an Order does not require any access code or identifiers.
The Site is available and can be used twenty-four hours a day (24h/24h) and seven days a week (7j/7j) provided the Client has an electronic device that can connect to the internet and an internet connection.
The Site is freely accessible to any Client with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site and, where applicable, Services (e.g., hardware, software, or internet access costs) are solely the responsibility of the Client. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their equipment functions properly and for their internet access.
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC takes all reasonable measures to ensure quality access to the Site and, where applicable, the Services.
However, CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC cannot be held responsible for any network or server failures or any other event beyond its reasonable control that would prevent or degrade access to the Site or Services.
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC reserves the right to temporarily interrupt, suspend, or modify access to all or part of the Site without prior notice to ensure maintenance or for any other legitimate reason, without any obligation or compensation.
PERSONAL DATA
The Client is informed that the collection of their Personal Data is necessary for processing the Order of Products and/or the Uniqoffer Subscription and/or Services, and for transferring the data to third parties for product delivery. This data is collected solely for the execution of the Order and these T&Cs.
The Client is informed that they must provide the following data, and failure to do so may result in the inability to execute the Order and the T&Cs.
Data controller:
The data controller is CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC, whose registered office is located at 4803 MANGO DR TAMARAC, FL. US 33319, a company registered with the U.S. business registry, represented by LISA WEEKES-LASHINGTON in her capacity as Director, at support@dreamsdeal.com, under the French Data Protection Act and Regulation 2016/679 on personal data protection.
Limitation of processing:
Unless the Client explicitly agrees, their Personal Data will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Personal data collection:
Personal data collected on the Site includes:
- For Product Orders and/or Uniqoffer Subscription: First name, last name, email address, postal address, phone number.
- For Payments: Financial data related to the Client’s bank account or credit card.
Recipients of personal data:
Personal data is used by CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC and its contractors for the execution of the Order and the T&Cs and to ensure effective delivery of Products and/or Services.
The contractors include: Suppliers of Products and transport service providers.
Data retention period:
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC will retain the collected data for a period of 5 years, covering the period of civil liability prescription.
Security and confidentiality:
CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC implements organizational, technical, software, and physical security measures to protect personal data from alteration, destruction, and unauthorized access. However, the Client is informed that the internet is not a completely secure environment, and CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC cannot guarantee the security of information transmission or storage online.
Client rights:
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, Clients and users of the Site have the following rights:
- They can update or delete their data by writing to the Data Controller at the address provided above.
- They can exercise their right of access to know the personal data collected by contacting the Data Controller.
- If the personal data is inaccurate, they can request corrections by contacting the Data Controller.
- They may request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- They can request the portability of their personal data to another service provider.
- They can object to the processing of their data by CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC.
The Data Controller must respond within a maximum of one month. If the request is refused, the Client will receive a reasoned response.
Clients can also file a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 PARIS) or with a judicial authority.
The Client can be asked to check a box to consent to receiving informational and promotional emails from CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC. They can withdraw their consent at any time by contacting CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC or following the unsubscribe link.
TELEMARKETING OPT-OUT LIST
The Client’s phone number is collected when creating an account or placing an Order. The phone number will only be used to fulfill the Client’s Orders or to offer additional services. Clients are informed that they may opt out of telemarketing by registering their phone number on the “Do Not Call” list. The list is free and applies to all professionals, except those with whom the Client has a contract.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party shall be held responsible for failure to perform or delay in performance of their obligations due to a force majeure event as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE
These T&Cs are written in French. An English version is also available. In case of dispute, the French version shall prevail over the English version.
APPLICABLE LAW
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
COMPLAINT AND AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To resolve any disputes, the Client is encouraged to send an initial written complaint:
- By email to support@dreamsdeal.com, or
- By post to CAMBRIC RADIANCE INC, 4803 MANGO DR TAMARAC, FL. US 33319.
In accordance with Articles L 611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, any dispute can be subject to amicable resolution via mediation with a consumer mediator.
The chosen mediator, LMConso, is awaiting approval from the CECMC (Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation). The mediator’s contact details will be updated once officially registered.
The Client is also informed that under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission has set up an Online Dispute Resolution platform to facilitate independent, out-of-court dispute resolution between consumers and professionals in the European Union. The platform is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The Client may be assisted by a legal advisor at their own expense.
COMPETENT COURT
Any disputes arising from these T&Cs, including validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences, and follow-up, which have not been resolved amicably, will be subject to the competent court in accordance with common law procedures.
